The secret to a fabulous party is a classic cocktail – so for Howlaween, I suggest the Vampire Kiss Martini.  Rim a martini glass with red sugar.  You will need 1.5 ounces of vodka (chilled), 1.5 ounces of champagne and 3/4 ounce of Chambord.  Pour the vodka and half of the Chambord in your martini glass, and top with the Champagne.  Pour the rest of the Chambord over the back of a spoon to make it float — and dress your puppy in a Count Dracula costume!
